High water bills?
Worried about running your well dry?
Are you saturating your septic system?
Every toilet will leak…..it’s only a matter of time. In fact, the AWWA estimates that 20% of the 270 million toilets in the US (55 million!) are leaking right now. Even a silent, slow toilet leak can waste 200 gallons of water or more per day, yet often remains undetected. That wasted water can cost $50 or more a month, making leaking toilets the #1 cause of high water and sewer bills.
The LeakAlertor™ is the only small, low cost, fully automatic leak detection device for toilets that installs in seconds without tools. It electronically monitors the water flow in the toilet tank and notifies the resident of a leak with visual and audible alerts. Once the toilet is fixed, the LeakAlertor™ resets itself, ready to identify the next leak. Priced under $20, the LeakAlertor™ can pay for itself in less than two weeks depending on the severity of the leak. It works on all flapper based toilets. The included battery lasts 12-15 months, depending on leak activity, and can be replaced by the user when it gets low.
